Your new membership does not start until you have received confirmation that it is set up.
You’ll receive three emails:
1. Your order confirmation (immediately after payment)
2. Your membership confirmation (usually within 24 hours but please allow 3 days)
3. Your unique member’s discount code (shortly after email ‘2’ above)
Previous members re-joining the scheme must wait at least 12 months from the date they previously cancelled.
